Artist's Comments CHRACTER!!I had a hard time with this one cause of her outfit Dewgong is and ice type so I wanted her outfit to be wintery like and I ended up with this which I'm very proud of (look at her purdy sparkly dress X3) placeing the bubbles was alittle hard but I'll get it (just need to do more underwater pics) but all and all I think this pic ROCKS!!
